Effing horrible. I ran into the worst case of customer service. I asked for lettuce to be put in my panini. im a cook, i know what it does, i don't fucking care, thats what I, the customer, wants. So when my gf pays for her meal, and the cashier walks away without notice, she politely asks for her soda. the guy turns around and says, YOU NEED TO LEARN A LITTLE PATIENCE MISS. she then replies, I was just wondering if i was going to get my soda, i said please, i don't know why you're yelling at me. The guy, whos a 30yr old, prob lives w/mom and dad, says she doesn't need to be a rude customer, not even addressing her soda. oh and he was the manager. Don't think i didn't call your boss Dick

TERRIBLE customer service! I work nearby and stopped in as an alternative to Dunkin' Donuts...while the bagel was good, I could not believe the employees in this place! The 1 teenage girl that was working seemed annoyed that I interrupted her conversation to order something. When I realized that she was talking to a friend who was sitting ACROSS the restaurant I was shocked! This other girl (who may have been an off-duty employee or just a friend) was sitting in her sweats painting on a canvas in the middle of this place and the two of these girls continued to have a full on conversation across the place about things I wouldn't even say in front of my mother! The other patrons and myself couldn't help but hear all the goings-on in the the lives of these two girls. When (what looked to be) a manger stepped into the front, the two girls asked his opinion on ankle tattoos vs. wrist tattoos..but didn't care that these two were just casually chatting away while customers waited to be helped. To top it off, when I went to use the bathroom, I had to wait in line to wash my hands while the girl in the sweatpants cleaned out her paintbrushes in the sink! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and inappropriate! I don't care if you have 100 customers in the place or 1, you still need to act professional!

Great location, great bagels. I've never gotten anything fancy like a panini or anything like that- just stick with the bagels/bagel sandwiches and you'll be fine!

Very very very very very terrible customer service. You would think that if an employee was rude, slow, and not courteous, you could report him/her to the manager. Sadly, the manager is just as grouchy and horrible as the employee. I drive out of my way to eat here since my town doesn't have one, only to be treated so poorly. Treat ALL your customers with respect. Wow.

Sometimes good sometimes like the other day when the iced coffee was filled with ground up coffee beans on the bottom of the cup. I've tried it many times and it really is not good. Service has really been lacking.

This place was ok, I've had better bagels and cheaper. Their baskets where they keep their bagels were mostly empty and the young girl there seemed kinda snotty.

ok not at good at your local Jewish bagel place in NYC or Montreal, but as for a chain it's pretty good! It shames DDonuts! Must try is the back bay bagel, as my favorite! The everything bagel taste so good! A very nice small bite of salt on the bagels. Love it.

I had been to other bruegger's bagels a long time ago and I only remember a good experience. I've been to this one a couple times recently and there were a couple things that stood out. The first time I went, I got a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. Now maybe its just the location of the coffee stirrers and cardboard cup hot coffee thing that make you not burn yourself that's in the wrong place. But that blind turn around that puts you and whatever unleashed kid is gallivanting around a bagel shop to make sure you add your cream and grab a cardboard thing is too risky. Just put the cardboard things next to the register, it helps A LOT. The second time that I went, I got a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and what happened was what usually happens when workers fuck up and order and hope you didn't see it. Several times I saw the girl putting my sandwich together and looking up at me while I was waiting. I know that look, its the look of 'hope they didn't see me fuck up their sandwich while they're waiting'. Well, whatever she fucked up, it was corrected and I waited a little longer for a sandwich that tasted pretty good on my way to work.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This morning I went ere and ordered a smoked salmon bagel, and it was all I had eaten today. About two hours later I started to get really sick. Food poisoning. Thanks Bruegger's for giving me a reason to make my first time coming here also my LAST time. Gross. No thank you.

When is a 'fresh cracked egg' pre-made and put in a microwave? When it comes from Brueggers. If I knew that ahead of time I could have: 1) gone to one of the 4 Dunkins I had to pass to get there; 2) cooked my own egg. Both would have saved me time and money.

I miss good bagels. There is nothing like getting a hot and fresh bagel on a Saturday morning. Bruegger's Bagels beats Dunkin Donuts bagels hands down. They always have a huge selection and the staff at this location always manages to make me laugh. They also have free wifi.

Coffee is cold. They have the AC on in February. Tables are wobbly/broken. Internet is too slow to work. Never coming back here again.
